Rotate a PDF point by rotation 90-degree steps within page.
Parameters
- p: PdfPoint
  The point to process.
- rotation: number
  The clockwise page rotation, in 90-degree steps.
- page: PageGeometry
  The page to process.

The resulting PdfPoint.
