): PageSessionSnapshot
Applies the next relay event on a client or while replaying an operation log.
Parameters
- snapshot: PageSessionSnapshot
  The current immutable session snapshot.
- committed: CommittedPageOperation
  The committed value (CommittedPageOperation).
Returns PageSessionSnapshot
The resulting PageSessionSnapshot.

Throws
PageProtocolError if the event does not immediately follow the snapshot.
